– Service Seekers must provide clear project details, set realistic deadlines, and make payments in a timely manner according to the platform’s payment policies.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

FixerOwl.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

All payments will be held in escrow until the Service Provider completes the project, and the Service Seeker approves the work. Once approved, funds will be released to the Service Provider. Both parties must comply with FixerOwl.com’s dispute resolution process in the event of a disagreement.

6.3. Refunds

Refund requests must be handled in accordance with the platform’s dispute resolution process. FixerOwl.com reserves the right to issue refunds in its sole discretion, depending on the circumstances.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute between Service Seekers and Service Providers, FixerOwl.com offers a dispute resolution service. Both parties must agree to work in good faith to resolve the dispute. FixerOwl.com reserves the right to make a final binding decision on any dispute based on the evidence provided by both parties.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting content (photos, videos, text, etc.) to FixerOwl.com, you grant VideOwl Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the operation of the platform. You affirm that you have the necessary rights to all content submitted.

You must not use or reproduce any content from the platform without prior permission from the content owner.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideOwl Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

VideOwl Inc. does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided on the platform.

10. Termination

FixerOwl.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful behavior.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you are still responsible for fulfilling any outstanding obligations, including payments.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Riverside, CA.
